Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Schenectady County (Hoye, J.), rendered June 12, 2002, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crimes of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and bail jumping in the first degree.

Defendant was charged in a four-count indictment with various drug-related crimes arising from his sale of cocaine on February 2, 1998 in the City and County of Schenectady.
