The subject-matter of this suit is ten shares of the capital stock of the Blue Mountain Forest Association, a corporation organized under the general laws of the state. Although the property of the corporation consists largely of real estate, these shares are dioses in action, or property in the nature of dioses in action,— not realty. 1 Mor. Corp., ss. 224, 225 ; 1 Cook Corp., s. 12; 1 Thomp. Corp., ss. 1066, 1070; 3 Ib., s. 3317.
