— Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Board, filed August 20, 1981. The sole issue on this appeal is whether the board’s decision that claimant settled his third-party action without the consent of the compensation carrier, thereby forfeiting further benefits, is supported by substantial evidence. The facts are as follows. On September 28, 1975, claimant, a tractor trailer driver for ITT Continental Baking Company, was injured in the course of his employment as a result of a motor vehicle accident.
