|2In this medical malpractice action, plaintiff appeals the trial court’s granting of summary judgments in favor of defendants. For the following reasons, we affirm.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
Plaintiff, Carl Gabriel, injured his foot while working in the course and scope of his employment with Delta Airlines.1 On April 19, 2011, plaintiff, in proper person, filed this medical malpractice action against defendants herein, Drs.
