Before the Court in the above-styled matter is the motion of Plaintiffs Beverly *561Kennedy, the American Delta Party, and Roque De La Fuente (“Plaintiffs”) for a preliminary injunction. (Dkt. 3). By way of their motion, Plaintiffs seek an order from this Court requiring the State of Texas to add De La Fuente to the November ballot as an independent candidate for President of the United States, or in the alternative, to add his name to the State’s list of write-in candidates.
