MEMORANDUM OPINION RE: OBJECTION TO DISCHARGE-ABILITY OF DEBT

This matter comes before the Court on the complaint of the Ohio Crime Victims Reparations Fund (“plaintiff’ or “OCVRF”) objecting to the dischargeability of a claim pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) [docket # 1] and defendant-debtor’s answer thereto [docket # 21].
