Goehring v. Commonwealth
Court of Appeals of Kentucky (pre-1976)
1Opinion of the Court
CULLEN, Commissioner.
Charles Eugene Goehring appeals from a judgment imposing a 21-year sentence upon a conviction of armed assault with intent to rob.
