This appeal is by one of the sureties on a tax collector’s bond from a judgment of the Court of Common *572Pleas entered by confession under the warrant of attorney contained in the obligation.

In November, 1913, C. E. Sitler was elected tax collector of the Borough of Tamaqua and duly executed and filed in the Court of Quarter Sessions a bond conditioned to “pay over or account for, according to law, the whole amount of taxes charged and assessed in the duplicates which shall be delivered to him,” and containing a warrant authorizing “any attorney of the Court of…
