The defendant, Gabriel Colon, was convicted after a jury-waived trial of unlawful possession of a firearm, possession of a defaced firearm, and unlawful possession of ammunition. On appeal from the ensuing judgments, he argues error in an order denying his motion to suppress evidence, contending that the judge erred when he found that the defendant was lawfully seized.
