COLLINGS, Justice.

This is a workmen’s compensation case. Luther G. Sevier brought suit against Texas Employers’ Insurance Association to recover compensation for injuries alleged to have-been sustained in the course of his employment as an employee of Admore Drilling Company, Inc. The case was tried before a jury and judgment entered on its verdict awarding Sevier compensation for total and permanent disability in the amount of $8,030.50.
