INTRODUCTION
' Richard Reynolds appeals from the jury verdict convicting him of first degree murder, first degree' assault, two counts of armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon. We affirm the judgment.
FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY
The facts, which this court reviews in the light most favorable to the verdict, indicate that in July of 2012, Richard Reynolds (“Reynolds” or “Appellant”) and three other individuals fired into a car occupied by A.B. and his girlfriend, A.C. 1 A.B. was in the driver’s seat while A.C. was in the front passenger seat.
