MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

KRAM, District Judge.

This action for libel, tortious interference with employment and intentional infliction of emotional distress arises out of a letter written by a law firm to its client containing allegations that plaintiff Nicholas Coliniatis (“Coliniatis”) was involved in an illegal kickback scheme. Presently before the Court is a motion by defendants Simos C.
