On February 10,1888, the Kentucky & Indiana Bridge Company, a corporation created by the laws of Kentucky and Indiana, owning and operating a bridge across the Ohio river between Louisville and Xow Albany, and claiming to bo a common carrier of interstate commerce, filed its petition before the interstate commerce commission, against the Louisville & Kashville Railroad Company, alleging as the ground of its complaint that said railroad company, in violation of the provisions of the act to regulate commerce, approved February 4, 1887, and in combination and conspiracy with the Louisville…
