MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CONABOY, District Judge.
This is an action under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552 (1976). The Plaintiff, presently incarcerated in the United States Penitentiary at Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, had submitted a request under the FOIA to the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) for production of certain documents compiled in the course of the DEA’s investigation of Plaintiff’s “illicit drug activities”.
