The object of this action was to require William W. Jones, as administrator de bonis non, with the will annexed, of estate of Thomas J. Dyson, deceased, to account as such administrator, make final settlement and be dismissed, but principally to require the said W. W. Jones to refund to the legatees and devisees moneys alleged to have been overpaid to him by them upon a note held by him against the estate of Thomas J. Dyson, to restrain him from attempting to collect any further sums on said note, and to compel him to cancel the same,…
