OPINION
FARNAN, District Judge.
Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs Petition for Attorney’s Fees Pursuant To The Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 406(b) (D.I. 18). For the reasons discussed, the Court will grant the Petition in the amount requested by Plaintiffs counsel.
