OPINION
STEEL, Senior District Judge:
Robert B. Ketchum and Anthony Dal Nogare (“the claimants”) are two of the defendants who have been impleaded in an interpleader action begun by Wilmington Housing Authority (“WHA”) as the holder of monies against which various claims have been asserted. The causes of action upon which the claimants’ claims are based accrued on September 23 and October 7, 1972, and are for unpaid minimum and overtime wages.
