This case involves a dispute among attorneys precipitated by the dissolution of their partnership for the practice of law. Plaintiff Mendel White appeals from an order granting partial summary judgment which establishes his participation in the assets of the partnership at five percent. He also appeals from an order entered pursuant to R. 4:37-2(b) which dismissed his claim for unpaid salary. We affirm the partial summary judgment but reverse the order granting an involuntary dismissal and remand for a new trial on plaintiffs claim for…
