This is a suit in equity for the specific performance of a contract to renew a lease. On November 10, 1911, one T. K. Lalakea executed a lease to the Laupahoehoe Sugar Company, an Hawaiian corporation, the petitioner herein, of certain lands for the period of five years ending November 5, 1919, for a consideration of $8000 as rent for the full period of the lease.
