This was a suit by ap-pellee, a broker, against N. Lewis and F. Lewis, engaged in business as partners under the name “Lewis Bros.,” owners of the Electric Palace Theater in Tyler, to recover $1,000, which appellee claimed Lewis Bros, owed him by the terms of a contract between them for service in finding persons ready, willing, and able to purchase said theater on terms satisfactory to said Lewis Bros.
