Pro se petitioner Arturo Reynoso (“Reynoso”), currently incarcerated at Clinton Correctional Facility in New York (“Clinton”), brings this petition (the “Petition”) for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (“§ 2254”) against Dale Artus, the superintendent of Clinton (“Respondent”).
