In a negligence action, inter alia, to -recover damages for personal injuries, plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered April 2, 1976, which is in favor of defendants and against them, upon a jury verdict. Judgment reversed, on the law and in the interest of justice, and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. On the evening of June 24, 1968 the plaintiff Mary Lynch was driving her automobile in a southerly direction in the right-hand lane of the Saw Mill River Parkway.
