— In a wrongful death action, plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Leggett, J.), dated February 23, 1982, which was in favor of the defendants, upon a jury verdict. Judgment reversed, on the law, and new trial granted, with costs to abide the event. At approximately 5:30 a.m. on October 25, 1975, defendant Glenn Decker was driving his tractor trailer in a southerly direction along the New York State Thruway.
