In this proceeding plaintiffs seek a declaratory decree which will construe a controverted provision in the building regulations and zoning ordinance of the defendant township. In the circuit court the construction sought by plaintiffs was placed on the ordinance provision. Defendant has appealed.
Plaintiffs purchased on land contract in Norton township, Muskegon county, a parcel of land on which they proposed to build a so-called motel.
