This was a bill in equity, filed by Stewart Patterson, a minor, by James B. Galloway, guardian of his estate and his next friend, in the circuit court of Cook county, September 5, 1878, making Hart L. Stewart, George M. Pullman, Hannah M. Williams, Helen W. Johnson, Stewart Clark, Frances V. Matthews and John C. Patterson, defendants.
