Appellant was adjudged in contempt of court in this cause by the Chancery Court of Neshoba County because of his failure and refusal to contribute to the support and education of his three minor children as theretofore decreed by said court. He appeals.

He makes the points, First, that his former wife, and the mother of the children had no such interest as entitled her to have him cited for contempt; Second, that the proof is not sufficient to justify the court in finding him guilty of contempt; and, Third, that he was under no duty to contribute to the support and education of his children…
