This case was appealed to this Court from a decree of the Chancery Court of Tate County, in which the chancellor dismissed the original bill and cross bill filed by the parties. The original bill by the appellant-husband sought a reduction in the amount of alimony previously allowed; and the cross bill by the appellee-wife sought an increase in the amount of alimony. The two bills filed by Mr. and Mrs. Towles are based upon the claim that there has been “a change in the conditions” of the respective parties since the original decree.
