MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
WEINER, District Judge.
Dr. Wbliam H. Burstein and four other individuals brought this action on behalf of a putative class of plaintiffs, all of whom were employed for less than five years by Allegheny Health Education and Research Foundation (AHERF).
