This appeal relates to a contest between divorced parents concerning the custody of their minor children, a girl 9 and a boy 15 years of age. In the decree entered on December 14, 1939, granting the divorce to the mother after a contested trial, it was provided that she should have the custody of the children subject to the right of the father- to visit them at reasonable times and to have them in his custody on alternate weekends.
