The bill in this case is filed for the purpose of obtaining relief against a religious society incorporated by the name of The Magyar Reformed Church of Trenton, and against its officers, with respect to certain real estate and personal property which the complainants claim have been diverted from their original uses. The facts are voluminous. Some time prior to 1896 a number of Hungarians who resided at Trenton formed a voluntary society for the purpose of religious worship.
