This is a bill in equity to restrain a corporate election of officers. The bill discloses the following facts; The corporation involved (hereinafter indiscriminately referred to as “the corporation” or “mission”) is a domestic, private corporation organized to promote religions work and worship based upon the teachings and doctrines of the Shinshiyu sect of Buddhism.
