The surviving trustee under the will of Amelia Landon Gurlitz, in connection with her application for the judicial settlement of her accounts, has applied to this court for a direction respecting the payment of taxes on certain real property in the trust res and for a construction of the 2d and 3d paragraphs of the will of decedent.
