Filipetto v. Village of Wilmette

Plaintiff Daniele Filipetto, a minor, brought this action by his father and next friend, seeking to recover for injuries sustained when his bicycle ran into an air compressor. The trial court granted summary judgment on all four counts of plaintiff’s complaint in favor of defendants village of Wilmette, Artley Paving Corporation, and William J. Scown Building Company.
