Two issues are presented on appeal:(1) Was the evidence sufficient to establish cruel and inhuman treatment; and(2) Was the court award of property to the wife excessive?
Evidence of cruel and inhuman treatment.
Defendant initially argues that the findings of fact made by the trial court are so inadequate and general as to require this court to review the record and make an independent determination whether there is credible evidence to support the ultimate fact findings of the trial court.
