Plaintiff in error, hereinafter called defendant, pleaded guilty in the county court of Payne county, to the charge of possession of about 100 gallons of intoxicating liquor, to wit, whisky, and was sentenced by the court to pay a fine of $500 and be imprisoned in the county jail for 60 days. The plea of guilty of the defendant was entered on the 5th day of October, 1927, and judgment rendered thereon on the same day.
