This case was brought here by writ of error to review the conviction of the plaintiff in error (hereafter called the appellant) on a plea of guilty in the Bates county circuit court, the information charging robbery in the first degree in violation of Sec. 4450. We are not fully informed as to the facts because the record brought up is only the record proper. No bill of exceptions preserving the evidence is presented.
