I. Introduction
Douglas L. Mahler (“Plaintiff’ or “Mahler”) sued his former employer, Community College of Beaver County (“Defendant” or “CCBC”), for discrimination based upon his age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq. (“ADEA”), and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, 43 Pa. Stat. § 951 et seq. (“PHRA”).
