THIS MATTER comes before the Court on defendant’s motion for partial summary judgment, docket no. 15, to dismiss plaintiffs claims for insurance bad faith and violation of Washington’s Insurance Fair Conduct Act-(“IFCA”) and Consumer Protection Act (“CPA”).
