SPROUSE, Circuit Judge:

This appeal involves a wrongful death action arising from the tragic suicide of a cadet at a private military school. Marion K. Seidman, the mother of the deceased cadet, Richard Seidman, and David M. Rogers, the administrator of his estate, brought a diversity action against Fishburne-Hud-gins Educational Foundation, Inc., t/a The Fishburne Military School. Seidman and Rogers appeal from a judgment for Fish-burne entered after a jury verdict absolving the school of liability.
