Appellant, Hendrick Medical Center, brings this interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s order denying its motion to dismiss the suit of appellees, Texas Podia-tric Medical Association; Cory Brown, DPM; and Martin V. Sloan, DPM, for their failure to file an expert report under Section 74.351 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code. See Tex. Civ. Prao. & Rem.Code ANN. § 74.351(b) (West 2011).
