The following objections are made by the respondent to the agreement for the sale of the lands at Haverstraw to the appellant, viz: 1. Henry Worrall was not authorized by a written power of attorney, under seal, to execute the counterpart, for the appellant, Noah Worrall. 2. The agreement was not executed by Henry Worrall, in the name of Noah Wor-rall, the principal. 3. After it was executed by Prall, essential alterations were made by Warner, his agent, at the request of Henry Worrall, without Prall’s authority. 4.
