INTRODUCTION

The defendant in this case moves for summary judgment on both counts of the plaintiffs claim. Plaintiff brings before this Court an action for sex discrimination alleging that the defendant sexually harassed her, thereby creating a hostile working environment in violation of G.L.c. 151B, §4. The plaintiff also alleges in this same Count I that she suffered adverse working conditions, i.e. retaliation, as a result of her complaints, also in violation of G.L. 15 IB, §4(4).
