Taylor, J.:
The plaintiff in error, hereafter called the defendant, was indicted, tried, convicted and sentenced in the Circuit Court of Suwannee county for the crime of sell*27ing intoxicating liquors in a county that had by an election adopted prohibition, and for relief from such judgment presents writ of error here.
