A delinquency petition charged 12-year-old A. M. with committing aggravated battery and aggravated assault by repeatedly stabbing a classmate. A. M. also was charged with carrying a weapon on school property in violation of OCGA § 16-11-127.1. The juvenile court adjudicated A. M. delinquent for carrying a weapon on school property and committing aggravated battery and sentenced her to restrictive custody under OCGA § 15-11-63. A.
