*501This is an interlocutory appeal by defendant from a decision of the circuit court denying his motion to dismiss the plaintiffs’ amended complaint.

In their amended complaint, plaintiffs alleged the following facts: that they are adult children of Lee Kong Shee, a widow; that their mother was seriously injured in an accident which resulted from defendant’s negligence in driving his automobile; that she suffered such mental anguish and physicial pain from the injuries that she became delirious, bereft of reason, and subject to uncontrollable impulse, and took her own life; that she was incapable…
