This is an action to recover damages from the city of New York for injuries received by the plaintiff Frank Collentine, Jr., a boj ten years of age, allegedly due to the negligence of defendant, when he fell from the roof of a building located in DeWitt Clinton Park. The accident happened at about 7:30 p. m., June 20, 1932. His father also sued for the loss of services, companionship and prospective earnings of the boy and for moneys expended and to be expended for medical care, nursing and hospitalization.
