The lower court sustained a complaint in an action for damages and adjudged the defendant hank to pay to the plaintiff the amount of $200 with costs. The facts are as follows:. Protasio Maymí Martinez issued a check on February 12, 1942, to the order of the Colón Grocery (Colmado Colón-) for the amount of $1.10 on his open account in the defend-' ant bank.
