Raymond H. Lausterer was convicted on his plea of guilty to one count of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, in violation of AS 11.71.030(a)(1) (misconduct involving a controlled substance in the third degree). Superior Court Judge Victor D. Carlson sentenced Lausterer to six years’ imprisonment with two years suspended. In addition, Judge Carlson imposed a fine of $20,000 and ordered Lausterer to pay restitution for the amount expended by the Anchorage Metropolitan Drug Unit. Laus-terer appeals, contending that this sentence is excessive. We affirm.
