Appellant Alice Anderson has filed her motion for rule on our clerk, requesting us to require our clerk to accept and file an appeal record. By letter and opinion dated March 13, 1997, appellant was notified by the Workers’ Compensation Commission that her claim for benefits was denied and dismissed. She then filed her notice of appeal on October 2, 1997.
