WARRINER, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on motion of plaintiff Virginia Electric and Power Company to compel the production of certain documents for copying, et cetera, under Rule 34, Fed.R.Civ.P. Defendant Sun Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company has refused to produce the documents on the grounds, inter alia, that they represent communications between attorney and client and thus are privileged.1 Defendant also resists discovery of some of the documents on the ground that these documents are a part of the work product of its lawyer, that *400they, or some of…
